Feedback Training

In this 1.5-hour Feedback Training, participants will learn about the importance of feedback, how to deliver constructive feedback and how to get the most out of feedback when received. The group will put learnings into practice by assessing role-play feedback scenarios. Participants will leave feeling equipped with feedback strategies that can lead to personal and collective growth.
