People Leader Training

This two-part series (1.5 hours each) will give People Leaders the tips and tools needed to support their direct reports and help them be successful. From how to prioritize work, set clear expectations and run effective 1:1s,  to how to empower, develop and connect with direct reports.  Participants will leave with techniques, EIGHT takeaway tools / templates, and new, supportive relationships to be even more effective people leaders.
